Service Description
Treat the lovely lady in your life to a special Mother's Day forage, with lovingly prepared wild foraged sips and nibbles served throughout! We will discover the best seasonal wild edibles at this exceptionally bountiful time of year, exploring the hedgerows, meadows & coastal salt marsh of the Severn Estuary, on a gentle 2.5 Hour meander, suitable for all ages and abilities. I will teach you how to find, identify, sustainably harvest, and create delicious food and drink recipes, with a myriad of fantastic seasonal wild ingredients, with an amazing diversity of flavours, which we will nibble, sniff and become familiar with! You can expect to find herbs, spices, vegetables, salad leaves, seeds, roots, fungi, foliage, wildflowers & more, at the very special, fabulously bountiful spot I will take you to, just outside Chepstow. Any and all dietary requirements can be catered to. Families are welcome, 2 children aged 14 and under may attend for free with any paying family member. 2.5 Hours, Sunday March 15th 2026 at 10.00am, £75 per adult GIFT VOUCHERS AVAILABLE! Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked experience, please contact us at least 14 days before the date of the event. It is not possible to offer a refund for any cancelled bookings made within the appropriate time frame, for which alternative dates are available, you can instead retain credit for a future date, which will remain valid for 2 years. If the weather is prohibitive whereby it could be dangerous to proceed, we will contact you in advance to rearrange. Forages will go ahead in all weather conditions unless it would be dangerous to do so. Gift vouchers are valid for redemption for 2 years after purchase.
